Spa Rules & Regulations
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment, to ensure that you are ready to begin your therapy at the allotted time. Time lost through late arrival will result in a shortened or amended treatment without a refund.
Underwear or suitable swimwear is compulsory, should be worn both into the massage room and during treatments. For some treatments you will be provided with disposable undergarments by your therapist.
Please leave all items of value in your room. The Spa is not responsible for loss of or damage to a guest’s personal belongings.
The Spa is a haven of serenity for the body and mind. This is why we kindly request you to leave your mobile phones switched off, as they’re not allowed in our customer areas.
Please conduct all conversations at levels consistent with a relaxing Spa environment.
Prior to entrance to the facilities, all guests upon arrival must complete and sign a Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire.
Your comfort and care is our greatest concern and priority. During treatments, please let your therapist know whether you’re comfortable or not, too warm or too cold, or if their pressure is too light or too firm.
If you have a health problem or special physical condition, please share it with your therapist, in order to suggest appropriate adjustments to the treatment for your comfort and enhancement.
Please note that a 48 hour cancellation notice is required for all bookings and services, otherwise 50% of the total treatment price will be charged. Credit card details may be required in order to confirm a booking.
Children below 16 years old must be accompanied by their parents or an adult while inside the spa at all times.
